Excellent location just steps away from major attractions and public transportation. Clean and well-equipped studio apartment with spacious layout. Friendly and helpful staff who provided useful information and assistance.

Lack of view from the apartment, with blinds always closed due to facing a small yard. Noise disturbances throughout the day and night, including the sound of people walking, talking, and slamming doors.

The penthouse apartments with terraces were fantastic. Friendly and informative hotel staff. Well-equipped apartments with daily room cleaning. Good WiFi for streaming. Excellent location near Gran Via Metro and tourist attractions.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - very close to the metro station, easy to explore the city. It was also near the center, so it was convenient to get to all the tourist spots. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were great. a fantastic experience.

We stayed at New Point Madrid Aparthotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. The apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We especially loved the large terrace on the top floor, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The internet connection was strong and there was no noise from the street. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend New Point Madrid Aparthotel for anyone visiting Madrid.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of the city near the main shopping street. Guests were pleased with how close it was to the shopping areas, specifically mentioning the proximity to the shopping area in Grand Via. The rooms were well-appointed and clean, with facilities like a separate full kitchen, washing machine, and air conditioning. The staff provided professional service and were able to assist in storing luggage.

Some guests mentioned that the walls in the hotel were thin, leading to noise from other rooms and a feeling of lack of privacy.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is right in the center of the city, in a pedestrianised area, so there is very little traffic noise. You can easily walk to any tourist spots from here, and there are plenty of happening restaurants and pubs around. It's the perfect place to experience the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

The only minor downside was the noise at night, but it is totally understandable and didn't bother me much.
